Getting started with AchillesAI for Klaviyo

During sign-up: at the "Connect Klaviyo" step, click the button, review the requested permissions on the Klaviyo authorization screen and click Allow. That's it — no API keys to create or copy.

Already have an AchillesAI account? Go to Settings → Klaviyo in your dashboard and click Connect Klaviyo (or Reconnect to refresh permissions).

Four [AchillesAI] Data Sender flows are created automatically in your Klaviyo account. They listen to Browse, Cart, Checkout and Order activity and send it to AchillesAI. They contain no emails.

A Generated Copy metric appears in your Metrics tab (a test event is sent on installation so you can build flows from day one). Each time AchillesAI writes copy for one of your customers, an event lands on this metric — use it as a flow trigger or in segments.

AI-written copy and customer intelligence are saved as profile properties (subject lines, preview text, body copy, reorder dates). Drop them into your own flow emails with a Klaviyo tag, e.g. {{ person|lookup:'ai_cart_1_subject' }}.

Recovery copy: in your abandoned cart / browse / checkout flows, paste the property tags into subject and body. Every customer receives copy written for them, in their language.

Reorder timing: add a conditional split on the reorder properties in your post-purchase flow so emails follow each customer's real product cycle instead of a fixed delay.

Go to Settings → Klaviyo → Disconnect in AchillesAI: tokens are revoked on Klaviyo's side and removed from AchillesAI. You can also remove the app from Klaviyo's integrations page — AchillesAI detects it automatically. Reconnect any time.
